Suggestions for a team build:
- 10 to 20 persons is best (larger group options are available)
- 3 hour session
An afternoon or morning team build session can include:
- A welcome and inspirational Talk by Greg Bertish
- An introduction to sailing, with sailing knot tying fun and so much more with the Little Optimist team
- On the water learn to sail fun
- A team relay sailing race
- Drinks, snacks, and prize giving
We are a registered TRUST, certified Public Benefit Organization and registered NPO. All donations are eligible for a Section 18a Tax Certificate and The Little Optimist Trust is a B-BBEEE Level 1 Contributor.

- Groups of 4 – 40 safe and all goes to our Sailing Therapy charity
- Venue and sailing at our stunning office in Battery Park and on the canals at our doorstep
